Tarte au frambroises et passion fruit...not sure of the spelling, but this one was DELICIOUS. nice change from puff pastry : ) this poor tart rode the metro w/ me for 1/2 hour, as all of my stuff does. I could have done better on the crust, but I was stressed out, the kitchen was hot and the chef was pretty annoying (we got a yeller).
